The system was so well received by the Logan Courts file room, Cache County bought 5 systems when they remodeled. One for the Auditors Office, one for the Assessors Office, one for the Recorder's Office, the Clerks Office, and the Treasurer's Office. In fact, these projects led to the installation of the Aurora Richards Wilcox High Density Shelving System in both the records and evidence areas of the Cache County Sheriff's Office. About the system:

• What is installed? 12 High Density Rolling Shelving carriages, 32 feet long! The system also includes 7 ranges also 32 feet long which can be updated to rolling shelving at a later date (when storage requirements dictate the need for additional storage). These units are for letter size file folders housing state court cases.
• Where? Logan Courts - State of Utah Facility - Logan Utah
• What? Aurora High Density Shelving and storage shelving for state archive boxes
• Why? High Density Shelving allows two to three times the storage. At the current cost of building the space saving justifies the cost within a year of two as compared to building out the space required by traditional cabinets
• How tall is the shelving? Shelving Units are 76 inches high with 7 shelves
• What color is the system? Units are summit gray shelving with a beautiful navy legacy laminated end panels. Matching Steel summit color chain box covers were used to give the system a nice two tone look from the front.
• What accessories did the customer choose and why? Units include reference shelves so users have a place to set folders as they work inside the system. Also 40" high units were placed in front of the system for Sate Archive boxes and mail boxes.
